Those most at risk for developing Tardive Dyskinesia after long-term use of Reglan and Metoclopramide include infants, young children and the elderly. In particular, elderly women are highly susceptible to developing Tardive Dyskinesia.

At this time, Tardive Dyskinesia remains incurable and symptoms often persist even after use of Reglan or Metoclopramide has been discontinued.
